INTRODUCTION

Karl was born in Trier on the river Moselle in Germany.Age 17 enrolled in the faculty of law in university of Bonne.

His contribution to society was enormous .His class conflict have had an enormous influence on history.

This great person was died in 14th March 1883

EARLY LIFE

He was born on 05th May 1818.His ancestry was Jewish his grand father Merier Halvei.Marx in 1815.He work as an attorney and moved to Nigra 1819 with his family in 1835.He entered to university of Bonn in 1836.He engaged to Jenny she was married seconded lieutenant early.

POLITICAL LIFE

Marxism has profoundly affected ideas about history society culture and politics through his concepts he create new ideas to polities and he was one of the most influential thinkers in history.Marx ideas was remain the darling of both European and American until 1960's.So his theories help others to govern their countries.

CONTRIBUTION TO ECONOMY

Marx thoughts on labor where related to the primary social change for Marx was about conflict between opposing interests. He argued that human history began with free productive and creative work.He noted that rather no individual or even no state can go against the forces of economy.the organization of society depends on means of production.

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

SELF CONFIDENCE

He had confidence to achieve his goals.self confidence comes from knowledge and experience.

Marx life he had good political as well as theoretical knowledge about economy.He take decision through his confidence without postpone.

COURAGE

Word embraces both physical and morale courage.leader should have courage to over come the hardship leader should be example to others.

So Marx did not took his foot back even he has to face lot of problems.He has courage to over come those problems.

Good leader always create favorable impression in his appearance and carrier.This comes from parents.

Planing ahead and acting without promoting from above means initiative,Mar was planned every thing in his carrier.He started his carrier as a philosopher and out his introduce lot of theories to world.so he is initiative throught his life.

As a philosopher he should vast knowledge about many fields if his oppositions arise problems he should know answers to describe them.Knowledge comes from experience and theory through his knowledge Marx gave lot of things to nation.

ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE

Marx has very good ability to communicate.He can explain some thing clearly his thoughts were remain he Arly 30 years.Even know his theories consider as highly committed ones .So these are good examples for his communications skills.

LESSONS LEARN T

He started his way along but he achieves many things as he wish.He never took his foot back.he has courage to over come any problem.He always become example to others.He always planned before do a thing.he used his knowledge to do a thing he used his knowledge to correct way.We can see how he arise to unjust-ice.He did not fear to his work.So he has to sacrifices his life.

CONCLUSION 

Marx was a great person who born in Germany.the contribute lot of things to world.His theories were still alive even though he passed away before 100 years ago so Karl Marx was a eminent person who sacrifices his life to help to people.
